Hey Raz,we have found fishing is better when temps hit 65 degrees on the water or warmer,early june has made fishing difficult for the most part,but its open for discussion,also later date makes it better for most folks with kids in school to make it

No worries. We did great last year. But, buddy of mine went weekend before we were all there last year and he SLAYED them. I usually start going over weekend before Memorial day (either there or Brownlee reservoir in Oregon) and have always had good luck earlier too.

As long as the race schedule permits I will be there. BLUEBULLS if you have an open seat, I know some good drifts right through there.
Who knows. Perhaps the Green Ford will be ready to show up along with some kind of boat. Should have some kind of Apple crate you could set on.

Getting rid of the one with the cracked block and putting in one ( from a junk yard) that (I hope ) will get me by until I can put a new on in. It's hell being po. The catfishing has been VERY good in the Yakima River the past two weeks. I am hoping for some of the same at the Palouse River this weekend.
I will be sure to pass along the fishing report. Hopefully our Bowfishing tournament won't be one the same weekend next year.

I guide out Lyons Ferry KOA alot here lately and the water is very low on the flat I have a 19ft jetboat and just about got it stuck out there out by the poles so I hope water doesnt go down much more. Water was deffinetly higher last year. Water was 1.5 ft by the poles the other day. We will be there for this also...
Can you keep us posted on water levels. I run a 150 Yamaha with a prop. Not running in 1.5 FOW. Won't cancel reservations just yet but ain't going over to fish the big eddy at the mouth.

Same as everyone else, gun it! Get up on plane and push through. I run a 21 foot Lowe with a 75hp prop. I was kicking up a good amount of mud and at one point started to bog it down. I am going back up on Saturday and would be happy to keep you posted.

We still have a month most every year we have rain-snow melt or something makes the water to rise hope it's happens this year last year we watched a fisherys zodiac stuck for a long time. Like was said get it up on top or follow Elete 1 he will blow out a chanell.
You need to bring over the new ride. I would follow you up for sure. That would be a nice channel to follow behind you.

Fishing was good Thursday night and Friday Morning, with 11 fish total and several 5 to 6.5 lb fish. Friday night, only caught three fish. Saturday morn., Nothing. Saturday evening, three more. All day Sunday till 11:30pm, nothing. Talked to several other fishermen and boats Saturday and Sunday that all got skunked. Even the carp seem to be done spawning, as they were jumping everywhere on Thursday and Friday. But, Saturday and Sunday there were very few around.
