no, sounds to me like it has to meet both requirements.  can be hard to interpret the regs sometimes tho, so i dont know.  id personally just go with the cya attitude and make sure it meets both.

No, you are off a bit.  Here is how I interpret the Law:
Your arrow HAS to be at least 24" in length and if you are shooting a 70# bow your arrow MUST weigh 420 Grains.

You have to meet all requirements. Arrow must be at least 20", and must weigh at least 6 grains per pound of draw weight with a minimum arrow weight of 300 grains. If you are shooting a 40 pound bow the arrow must weigh at least 300 grains. If you are shooting a 70 pound bow your arrow must weigh at least 420 grains.

well i am looking at bylaws all the time so this is why i brought this up .it states "or". that measn you have the option between the 2 "or" in legal documnets means you have a choice between two items.

Either (a) shorter than 20 inches, OR (b) arrow weight is unlawful.

so if i get this correct. my daughter arrow is 25 grams. grams to grains is 1 gram= 15.42 grains. so my daughters arrow is legal. 25 x 15.43 = 385.75 and is 24" long so im good . correct?
