What a majestic animal. I was stationed in Florida from 98-04, and had never been elk hunting, but longed to be where they were. I then got the opportunity to be in NM for (3) years, and I hunted and slayed elk every year with my longbow. Here is no different. There is no animal quite like wapiti, and I will always be thankful to be near their habitat.
