Title: primers
Post by: dannysdaddy on January 05, 2013, 07:15:11 PM: Well I just got home from deployment so I couldn't order any small pistol primers before the craze started. Now I can't find any anywhere. Go figure right? Anyway, if anyone knows where there are some in stock or have any you want to sell I would really appreciate it.

There are lots of folks who believe that the best solution is to "stock pile" weapons, ammunition, and reloading components. This is why it's hard to find components (brass, bullets, primers, and powder) to load 9mm, 40, and 45 handgun ammo and 223 and 308 rifle ammo.

Don't get suckered into paying more than $40 per thousand for primers. Even that's more than I'd pay.

Me either dannysdaddy. Theres other reasons why reloading supply's were hard to get back than, and the biggest part was so our troops had ammo. By the way thank you for your service and welcome home.
