You first! :chuckle:

I won't be able to get out until the end of January when we go to our place in Curlew. I'm a cheater and make the deer feel welcome with food. If I didn't have that I don't think I would ever find a shed :bash: :dunno: :bash: . I would like to hear from you guys finding mule deer or whitetail sheds randomly in the snow.

It's not random haha. Most shed hunters look in places where bucks are at during the time of year they drop. Generally this is in or around the limited feeding areas available to the animals during that time of year. It's not unlike your feed pile, just that most guys are looking around the animals' natural food sources.
I haven't been out this year yet myself, being on the west side, but I plan to when I start seeing bald bucks and bulls.
