Nice job young man! what did you use to tan the hide?
5gallon of warm water 2.5 cups of salt and 1 pound of alum powder, let stand for 4 days, then rince good with fesh water. tack the hide and let dry out for couple days. then use neats foot oil formula with salt and 3 ounce of alum powder to give it a nice leather touch
-
Well done!

:Is the salt premixed in the neatsfoot oil formula or do u add it? And how much salt? My husband is asking thanx.
