Title: What about this Bull MOOSE? Shooter?

Post by: Rufous on September 18, 2008, 08:19:15 PM: It looks pretty wide and like the pans are long but relatively narrow. All points are long which to me indicates a younger bull. I think I would pass early in the hunt but if I ended up taking him I would be proud to have it mounted in my home. Brian.

BTW, I'd have to pass too, but It's close to what I'm looking for. :rolleyes: As far as width.

This bull was the State record for awhile. 54", 8x7 wt. 1200 lb. 11 years old, so the rack was on the down hill side. With the no hunting pressure for moose, you would think bigger and better bulls are out there. 10 days and counting :IBCOOL:

The weather forecast looks like change next week with cooler temps and rain.
