Does this rule apply to turkey as well because the turkey regs are also in the big game pamphlet?

I think they are legal. I wouldn't use them they dont fly well. I would just use your normal broadhead.ok. thanks for the response. would an adder be necessary behind the broadhead to keep the arrow stuck in the bird?
new to turkey hunting this being my first year giving it a shot so not sure on some of the tricks to sticking one with the bow.
