Title: ground elk jerky question

I have a pound of elk burger I was wanting to make some jerky out of with my new jerky gun, my question is was I was planning on adding something to it. But what, if any?

just add your dry seasoning.  No nead to add anything else. 

I strogly reccomend hi mountain seasoning.

That is in fact what I have  :tup:
thank you! Its been the only seasoning Ive used so far, and if it ain't broke dont fix it  :chuckle:
