Anyone have this? Any comments? I know I can't go wrong with any of their packs. This seems like a good alternative to the just one with more pockets. I really like the scabbard and ability to hold my bow. Most of my trips don't last mire than a day but I'm dying to do a few lighter pack in hunts and need a pack that will do both.

Would you be interested at all in a hornhunter pack ?

I'm really wanting a pack with a scabbard built in.

Looks like they dropped 1.7-2 lbs from the J107 Dragonfly or M series and a little bit of the cargo space 5425 in the dragon fly to 3100 in the elk hunter if I read that correctly.
But price is $299 for the elk vs $399 for the dragonfly.
Nice to see they are coming with options, but that scabbard sure is heavy. I love my dragonfly, but wish the scabbard was detachable to shave a 1lb or 2lbs.

I've checked out this pack pretty close, getting hands on. Impressed with it overall as it has a combination of some of their better features. The zipper style scabbard would be nice is you were wanting to put other things in it instead of a gun and zipping the top up. Pouches on the waist strap and overall pouch placement and design is great. Kudu's to Eberle on this one. :twocents:
