Looked through previous post and didn't see where anyone had made any comments on Redfield scopes. Anyone have any particular problems with these scopes if you have one. In particular the 6 - 18 x 44
-
Tagging along on this one, was considering this very scope for a Savage predator in .204

I got one for my dad's rifle they are good scopes. We have had no problems with it at all. I believe they are owned by leupold now if I remember right.

Leupold is indeed the owner of redfield. I have 2 of the brand new revenges 4-12's. Both have been good all threw last season. Call them up they will make it right.

-
I have the 2-7 on my 308. It has held perfect zero for 2 seasons, 100+ rounds, never fogged up, love it in lower light too.

The revolution which came out a few years ago is MADE IN OREGON. I have 3-9x40 and it is great. Full day of rain is no match for the revolution and leupold thread in scope caps!!!
The newer scope "revenge" is NOT MADE IN THE USA.
