Have two Fullfields and one Signature series...older late 80's-90's models built in the USA.  Great scopes!  Not sure about the ones today.

I had one on a 30/06 and killed a bear with it. It's a great scope for the money. I paid $199 and it came with a spotting scope, which I sold on eBay for $50.

I really don't think you can beat it for a $150 scope.

Great glass, very robust construction.
Has handled about 100rds through a 6.5lb 300WSM.
I do wish the power setting didn't twist the whole eyepiece.....Only a problem with Butler Creek covers.

I have two and really like them both. One is on a 30-06 that I bought new last year. The other scope I bought used and put on a 300wsm. That scope I put through hell and fired a few hundred 300wsm rounds through it. Last year I went bear hunting in a downpour and the scope fogged up and wouldn't clear up. First and only problem I had with it. I sent it back to Burris and three weeks later they sent me a brand new scope. I have no idea how old that scope was since I bought it used ten years ago but thought that was a pretty good deal getting a brand new one after it broke on me.
