Leftover baked potato, onion, bell pepper and buckboard bacon all tossed in a well seasoned cast iron skillet. Topped with a couple over easy eggs.

Food sure tastes better cooked in cast iron.

well thanks for showing that. it does look good as i sit here eating a peanut butter & jelly sandwich.
