Title: Great Shed Year
Post by: Watimberghost on March 01, 2013, 07:38:15 PM: My wife and I moved into our rental about 2.5 years ago. I've put in a ton of miles right from the house and have found over 30 sheds! This year has been especially productive. I have found 18 sheds in 2013. All blacktail. I have found sheds from one particular buck for multiple years. I've matched up 3 of them. It's a huge blessing having this in my backyard. And when I say backyard, I say it in a very very relative term, :chuckle:

The only pics I have are from my cell phone, and theyre kinda one at a time. enjoy

It's been fun to learn the behaviors of the bigger bucks. They are creatures of the night. I have literally put 100's of miles trucking around my backwoods and have only seen a few big bucks during daylight hours. I really didnt know what I had going on back there until I put the cams up. A great scouting tool. Between the cams, and the sheds, I have a pretty good idea on the home range for some of these bucks. Too much fun.

Most all my trail cam pics are on my laptop, which is elsewhere at the moment, but I think I have a couple pics on a zip drive. I'll try and post a couple of those later
