What are the ponds/lakes looking like? 
Moses fully open?  Sprague?  395N from Spokane?

i havent seen them personally, but if the ice is there I would think its awfully thin to open in places

Got word yesterday that Loon and Deer are still frozen with 8+inches still.

JLS, do you happen to know the thickenss of Eloika?

Moses Lake and the rest of the basin lakes are all ice free!

Drove by Sprague Monday going to Spokane & by it again today on the return trip.  There is a small patch of ice in the center of the lake with both ends clear.  The patch was much smaller today than Monday.

Sprague Lake was ice free Sunday, 10/10/13.

Williams is ice free, Hog Canyon is starting to open up.
