Moses fully open? Sprague? 395N from Spokane?

Post by: allen on March 06, 2013, 07:53:40 PM: Drove by Sprague Monday going to Spokane & by it again today on the return trip. There is a small patch of ice in the center of the lake with both ends clear. The patch was much smaller today than Monday.
