Title: Dead Mount Finished (Willow Creek Taxidermy)
Post by: WCTaxidermy on March 16, 2013, 02:07:47 PM
Here is a dead mount that is ready to go out the door.  I really like dead mounts on some species.  They really show off the colors of the bird.  Hope you enjoy the Pic's.  John

Beautiful.  Its funny how a "dead mount" looks awesome on birds.  I know they are done on some mammals also but usually within a scene.  Love the mount

That looks great John. The dead mount I have in my showroom of a rooster pheasant and a mallard drake hanging from an old wood fence post is a customer favorite.
Very nice work!
