Title: Deer and elk with all three weapons

:tup: Me too. I just need to get a Elk with archery. :'( Back in 1999 over in packwood. I almost had my cow elk with a bow. I thought it was a good shot,but we lost her. I found only the last 6" of my arrow covered with blood. We looked for 6 hours found lots of blood every time she spit up then in the swamp we found nothing. I shot high and i must of nicked the top of her lungs. So most of the blood was in her chest. I will always remember that sad day. :bash: One of these days I might go back to archery. Mostly cow and spikes. One bull. Smaller bucks with ML

Would like to take a big bull with all 3 though and a big buck with ML.

Couple bear with hand guns too but would love to take one with my longbow. As for elk, one cow with frontloader and several bulls and cows with my recurve and longbow but never plan on rifle hunting elk.

...if anything i would go back to muzzy hunting if it wasn't conflicting with ID rifle elk
