in upland buck season this year i was out with a friend hunting ran across sometree huggers throwing fire crackers out the window of their truck when they stopped we asked what they was doing they said that they was scaring the deer so we couldnt get them. so we explained that far more deer are killed by wild fires then by deer hunting. they said atleast they arent being killed by men with guns. my friend the smart ass had to ask them so it is ok to kill them with a flame thrower. this started a whole nother argument of who was in the right and who was in the wrong untill one of the tree huggers threw a punch at my friend. so the fight was on there was 4 of them for the first couple of seconds but one ran of screaming. the other three stayed for the remander of the fight. we left thim awake with sore ribs and stomache but got pictures the pictures are on my friends wall where his buck head would have been if those asses didnt scare the deer we was after yeah it was last day of season but was the only day he had off.

that sucks. idiot bunny huggers. i bet they go home and have a nice juicy steak and think nothing of it.

Should have taken the evidence to the police and game department as it was illegal due to the Hunter Harrassment law.
Not only would they have gotten beat up, but fined as well.

Sorry you guys missed your chance at a fair hunt. Who got subpoenaed? Are you saying you were informed that the prosecutor sub'd the three guys in the truck?
It seems like these guys were more interested in seeing how far they could push the edge of the envelope than helping the local animals. You should have told them that one of the firecrackers scared a big ol' buck out of the brush and you took a clean shot at him :chuckle:
The RCW that deal with the obstruction of a hunter during season is 77.15.210 http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=77.15.210 See what you can do with that, cause I've not heard of someone being prosecuted for it.

i have a supenia to go testify at their trial. and well we was thinking about following them till they scared up a good buck but we desided not to seeing as we enjoy a good stalk and kill. plus they pulled over to throw out some garbage and yes tree huggers litter seen to much of that lately

RIGHT ON. I think you should submit your pics of these *censored*'s to the Head & Horn Competition here on the site. I bet you will win "Best Catch and Release Doe". If there isn't a trophy for Bunny Slamm'n I think there should be.
:P :P :P
