When is the deadline for putting in for special app deer in Idaho?

I haven't looked at this years date, but it's usually around June 5th.

Yep June 5th per the Idaho Fish and Game website

I hope you don't mind me asking on your post.

Do you have to bye your License and deer tag to put in for the Idaho deer draw?

Or can you just bye your License to put in for the Idaho deer draw?
