Title: Bear ate my trail camera
Post by: wilsongideon on May 12, 2013, 10:32:18 PM
Lesson learned...even if your not baiting or salting or anything it might interest them enough to tear it down. Guess I am going to build me a lock box

I had to take my cameras out of an area for awhile. Little bear would follow me around, and rip the camera off the tree.

Ive had more problems with elk ripping my cameras down than bears. Maybe they think it looks like a tasty part of the tree? :dunno:

I wish I had elk in my area ripping my cams off. It would be worth it :chuckle:
