Title: NE Bear down! A lady's first bear.......
Post by: 92xj on May 23, 2013, 09:26:09 PM: Eating nice green grass on the edge of a field, 181 yard shot with a 30-06. Dead right there.
Got it skinned out for a full body mount and the meat hanging at the butchers already.
One heck of an evening and I am proud of her and her first big game animal.

She is my best friend's twin sister. He got a bear last fall and had it rugged out, so the half mount will be different and add to their cabin nicely.
Now, to get their mom and dad one this fall, challenge accepted!

A larger challenge will be me getting my lady friend her first bear/animal. Just got her camping last weekend. :bash:
