This will be his first year going with rifle, he has always gone with archery but it's getting hard for him to pull the bow back, plus his sight and hearing is not very well these days. I can't believe he hasn't drawn the archery tag this long, I've been telling him the past few years 'I guarantee you'll draw this year". Yes I said it again for this year.......I'm not a quick learner.

That's what I told my dad last year when he had 12 points, but we will see.
In 2012, average points for all applicants for the Peaches Ridge #2062 archery permit was 4.3. With 14 points and 106 permits for Hunt #2059 this year, the odds of drawing should be around 60%.

It does happen just not very often. A friend of mine drew that Archery tag with two points. It has been years for me to draw a tag.

I know of quite a few people who drew the Peaches Ridge archery bull permit two years in a row. :o

Was your quality the peaches last year? How did you do? I had a bull archery tag and we saw one branched bull (the one I killed) and one spike plus a bunch of cows. It was pretty damn hot and they weren't talking.

The reason we put in as a group is so we all can go at the same time for the entire duration instead of maybe just one of us up there for 5 days alone before the others show up.

They have certian roads that are for the disabled to drive on, they have to put in for each gate and draw to get a combo to the gate. The drawing is for one gate from what I remember, my dad puts in everyear for archery time. You have to pick which season you want the gate for.
