Title: Mallard Taxidermy
Post by: hunting4sanity on May 24, 2013, 08:24:35 PM
My son just got his first banded mallard back from the taxidermist today and we forgot to put the band on it before we took pictures. :bash:  My son said he could remember how the duck was fighting the wind and coming into the decoys, he worked with the taxidermist until they got the angle on the bird just how he remembers it.  When he got home his wife didn't seem real excited about another bird on the wall, then their 20 month old son saw it and started quacking like a duck and it was obvious the duck had a new home. :chuckle:
