So I've had this idea in my head for a while now and finally decided to do it with todays haul. Took the morels after cleaning them and stuffed them full of shredded parmesan cheese, them dipped them in a mixture i thought of. Melted butter, garlic powder, garlic salt, and black pepper. Amount depends on how you like it. After that i threw them on the bbq untill they were almost crispy on the outside. Turned out awesome, give it a try and let me know what you think

Here I am wanting to try them and here you are posting something that sound awesome!? Lol when I get up there to get some I think this is gonna be the first way I try them. What temp and how long?

I put them on with my burgers, they probably took ten minutes. Had my bbq set just under medium.
