I dont know if u guys/gals had seen this one before. I just had to post it from another website.

Good shot....
Hey! I have X-ray vision!
-
Ya there was some discussion on whether it was a fake, I dont know but a cool picture if is isnt.
-
I can't remember the last time I saw daylight through a deer (white blotches are the background showing through, which sreams Photoshop Layering and Transparency set too high. Interesting image though. Well placed arrow in any case!
-
No its a Ghost deer. they scare the hell out of me everytime they fly by me like that :chuckle:
-
I think it is real. If your camera is shooting for existing day light (slow shutter speed) and you use a flash also, that is the result you will get.
-
i used to get photos like that all the time with actual film i havent seen one from a digital though.
-
Judging by how its tail is out/up, it looks Legit.
-
Sorry, but it's phony. Look at the deers ears, no way would they lie down like that. They only lay like that when their dead. Too much blood also for an impact shot. That deers photo was taken with it laying dead on the ground then laid on top of the cam photo. P.S. yeah, I'm a CSI. LOL

What If....? Maybe that deer on the left triggered the camera and the shutter was open when this deer came into the field of view. Is it possible that the background was burned into the image and the deer then came in? Might a deer lay its ears back when it jumps? And is that blood drops flying off of the animal in mid air? :dunno: That's a lot of what ifs. A good photoshop artist would have caught that transparency thing...may not be a good one though. Still a cool picture.

Nope sorry guys...its is a great attempt at photoshop.
comming from a professional graphic designer i can tell you that the whole picture is wrong.
i have seen hundreds of altered photos and this one is 100% fake.
its a nice attempts though.
-
the thing that seals it being fake with me is that, with most bows now days shooting in the 240-300fps range the shutter speed on the camera would have to be REALLY fast to catch the arrow like that with no blur.
-
Sorry, but there are a bunch of things wrong with this image to be real. Think about the speed in which an arrow passes through a deer. A deer hit with an arrow in that location would most likey pass through without hesitation. The deer may indeed jump like that form the hit, but all that blood would not be there...yet. And the arrow would have been stuck in the ground well before the deer could jump that high into the air to begin with. How could a trailcam capture all this dynamic action with exact clarity? It can't. And it made the deer see-though to boot...P H O T O S H O P 8)

I'm calling fake.
I haven't shot a lot of game with a bow and arrow but what I have shot I have never seen bleed like that out the entrance wound.
Cool picture all the same
-
Anyone else notice the other deer departing stage left?
-
It's real, from the dirt thrown up from the hooves, heart shot splatter, and the camera flash in the eyes.
-
Dude do you know what photoshop is.
whatch this....
hehe

i took about 5 min to do that quick example of what photoshop can do. thats why i dont believe anything thats not from this site and even then its hard with digital technology out there to believe what you see. For the most part i know that what our members put up is 100% real.
if one really took some time you could make a believer out of anyone.
pictures are not set in stone they can be changed altered and manipulated in more ways than one.
just my thoughts but still cool
:hello:

Of course you can do anything with photoshop, so why, if it is fake would they make the upper third of the body semi transparent?
I still think is is real.
