Title: Help. Chewuch Whitetail Late Buck Tag
Post by: AlpineMuley on June 26, 2013, 11:13:01 AM: My good buddy got drawn for the late whitetail buck tag in Winthrop area. I have hunted the Winthrop area and can find mule bucks all day long, but I have not seen very many whitetail bucks. Any help would be much appreciated. :tup:

Twisp is not in the unit. I shot a 140 class whitetail last year. You have to look low, stay along the creeks and catch a rutting buck cause they don't come out unless they have a hot doe. Good luck!
