Title: Whats wrong with this deer?

Also to bad the pic came out blurry but looks like this bull will be nice

The game department said if it doesn't go through the skin into the meat they are fine to eat. None of us died from eating it so they must be right!!!! :chuckle:

I am leaning towards ticks also. Not sure about the B&C points :dunno: How do you measure?
