Title: Repainting a shotgun?
Post by: Fishaholic on July 14, 2013, 11:36:40 AM: So I have a moss 500 and want to paint it od green. I seen I can get flat od green in a spray paint. what would be the best way to paint it? Should I close the action tape the barrell and start painting? Not sure how to do it.

yeah I have pulled it apart alot. Will the paint stick well to the plastic?

Get a can of John deer primer and put that down first. Your flat paint coupled with that primer, if done correctly, will outlast any factory finish.
