Post by: Fishaholic on July 14, 2013, 11:36:40 AM
So I have a moss 500 and want to paint it od green. I seen I can get flat od green in a spray paint. what would be the best way to paint it? Should I close the action tape the barrell and start painting? Not sure how to do it.

Pull it apart. Super easy to do. If you haven't  done it before, you tube it. Lotsa info on painting also! Good luck.

break it down as much as possible. degrease ect.

Get a can of John deer primer and put that down first. Your flat paint coupled with that primer, if done correctly, will outlast any factory finish.
