Title: WDFW Wolf observation map
Post by: bonkellekter on July 14, 2013, 08:35:59 PM: Question to those out there who have reported a wolf sighting/encounter - Have you reviewed this map to verify that your report has been listed?

Last year a round labor day I reported an encounter with 5 wolves near Ione... My encounter is not listed on this map. I have emailed WDFW to ask why this may be??

Post by: dreamunelk on July 14, 2013, 09:13:32 PM: Actually this site is given a lot of the credit for the accuracy of the map and the location of new packs. Of course they have to wade through the BS reports. So don't be to hyper critical.
