Title: The Red Sled is ready
Post by: Goldeneye on July 28, 2013, 06:57:11 PM
I pulled the red sled out of the garage this weekend to clean up and prep for the river season.  I checked the fluids and pulled on that old motor, it started on the 2nd pull.  I ran it for about an hour to make sure it didn't have any major issues.  Anyways, she's all clean and shiny now.  It'll be in the water for some pinks early on but mainly for silvers around October in the Snohomish and Skagit systems.  If you happen to see this red sled with two chocolate labs in it swing by and say hello.

Nope...the red is perfect. I can see me already perched on the bow with a silver bullet in my hand and a grin on my face.

Thanks for pointing that out.  They were filed away and never put on for some reason.  LOL!

D-Rock, I don't need no camo on this boat.  I've been anchored up many times steelhead fishing and shot a limit of ducks and even a few geese.  They don't flare from a boat with a fishing rod out too bad.

Well I guess we need to go steelhead fishing.
