Title: struck out again tonight.
Post by: sled on August 07, 2013, 11:00:51 PM: My Fourth Trip Out Tonight And I Have Found Nothing But Dried Out Old Sign. I Did Find A Cool Spot In A Clear Cut Where Deer Have Been Bedding Down In The Middle Of It. There Was A Dirt Mound About 10 Feet High That They Had Scraped A Flat Soft Surface About 8 Feet Round Where They Had Been Laying. After Standing On It And Looking Around It Would Be Impossible For Something To Sneak Up On Them. Pretty Cool.

You're lucky that you're able to get out 4 days of the season by the 7th of August.

I can't get out except on the weekends: 2 of every 7 days.
