SAF scores another victory…or was it two?
 
The Second Amendment Foundation was smiling yesterday when it learned that the Umatilla, Ore. City Council had repealed an ordinance regulating firearms possession in response to a letter SAF sent to the city in mid-July, explaining that the ordinance violated state preemption.
