It doesn't mention hunting at all other than target shooting. I was hoping to see some maps or trails to potential hunting sites.

The USFS is : anti hunting, anti ORV, anti tree cutting, anti recreation.
The USFS is : pro wolf, pro treehuggers, pro environmentalist, pro closing lands

But it is legal to hunt there, correct?

When your ranger district serves a huge metropolitan area that is not very hunting oriented, they probably aren't going to devote a lot of time marketing to the hunting crowd. Compare that to the eastern parts of WA and you'll see a difference.
I wouldn't worry about it.

Maps are available everywhere. You don't need tghe USFS website to get maps. You can go to REI and use the map machine for great maps. You're not going to get precise directions to prime hunting locations via any website that I know of. If you do, you can bet you won't be alone. This is where the time, fuel, map reading and leg work come in. You'll have to get out and do some scouting. Some will pay off and some will not pay off. That's why they call it "hunting" and not "killing" or "shooting".

You'll find the boundaries in the hunting regs. It's not up to the USFS to publish those, although they can choose to.

Boundaries of what? Boundaries are the GMU's.
You can hunt the entire national forest. Anywhere.
