Title: 3D Shoot near Priest River, ID Aug. 17 & 18th

I will be gone that weekend.  Can a person come shoot other times just for practice?

I don't believe so.  Their club hosts 2 or 3 shoots each year, on private property.  I don't believe the area is open to the public, except during these shoots.
