Title: Wet Side Elk
Post by: ctwiggs1 on August 14, 2013, 09:39:08 AM: When is prime rut? I thought I had this figured out but I just realized that the prime rut for black tail is early November and hunting is essentially not allowed at all. Is this the case for elk? A closed off season during prime rut?

prime rut for me this year is gona be sep 3-15th in Washington and in idaho its gona be about october 10-24th :tup:

How much you pay for your Idaho tags? I was asked to go to Idaho with a buddy but not sure $$$$$ i can afford it

Haven't bought them yet..of the top of my head its gona be 150ish for the licence then 350ish for an elk tag..250ish for the deer tag..then a wolf tag..priceless..
