Was curious if anyones knows
Does the rain affect bear movement or habits in rain
Over here in Seabeck area was looking to get out tomorrow.
Any input or thoughts would be greatly appreciated

from what I have seen no if there's food that eat in light rain mid rain. don't know about thunder storms never got out with my lighting stick and glassed in that *censored* wate it out in the truck when that rolls in
the best way to know is to just go do it. for 1 ok spot iv found I hunted and scouted 20 for my grouse honey holes I put down miles and miles with the dog. what I'm trying to say is go hunt the rain snow sun wind what ever if it works. go bear hunting find a good deer spot go grouse hunting find bears.

Nothing but neceassary sleep will stop a bear from packing on the pounds to make it thru next winter.

Nope! in my opinion it's the best time to be out. Cuts down the smell and makes your walking more quiet. In my experience I've seen more critters in the rain :tup:
