Title: which boot?
Post by: Commando on September 02, 2013, 07:46:40 PM: Finally talked the wife into letting me get some new boots.I was thinking either the Mendel dental is or the Mendel perfekt. What are your thoughts? If it helps I'll use them mostly deer hunting with probably a week of elk hunting thrown in there some where.

Post by: FLIZZ on September 03, 2013, 07:07:00 PM: I just got the perfekts, have about 7 miles on them and I could not be happier, they really don't NEED it, but get a tube of Nikwax and coat them up and they become damn near invincible to anything, plus its turns them a deep dark satin shade. awesome.

Kenetrek makes a "Terrane" boot that you might want to look at. Not as expensive as the Mountain Extremes...same warranty. Its a good quality boot. :twocents:
