Title: Looking to harvest a cow for my youth hunter
Post by: teegansdad on September 03, 2013, 12:25:10 PM: Anyone out there have any good tips where we might be able to harvest a cow elk archery for my youth daughter ? She is dead on at 10,20,30 yds standing or kneeling your help would be appreciated.

Get in the blind at 10:30 and have an elk walk up to your pile of apples at 11:00am and have your daughter shoot it?

If Bildo is with you he knows where there is some cows close by, preasure him to put you on them.

This has to be the craziest thing Ive ever seen on this forum. Just crazy! Good luck. If you wanted to harvest a Cow you should have probably hit the woods before the season to set up a stand. Now your relying on a guide. Which should be a great bet! Sit back and enjoy the ride!
