There's not a better sight, especially when you're hunting, thanks for the pics.  I'll add one to the mix...this was the view from my bivy sack during last years early archery elk hunt.

First one is a couple weeks ago heading over for moose, the second is last season in Montana. Nice pics guys, do you realize how many people never see things like this.

Those are beautiful and awe inspiring pictures guys. Makes one have a warm fuzzy feeling deep down inside. Really should make a person thankful to be alive and able to enjoy Gods creation. Thanks for posting.

Yeah, what kind of cameras are you guys using to take these pictures?  I tried taking a picture of a beautiful Mt. Adams last week during a sunrise, and it came out blurry.

Canon 20D for me. To get the most out of your shots you really need a DSLR.

Here is one of WF70 and M-Ray. This rock has names scribed into dating clear back to 1928, we added ours this year 80 years later. :chuckle:

Taken last November.  Strangest thing the way the rising sun hit the tree in the background, before the trees in the foreground.  The way the mountain was situated, obviously.

I actually have a lot better sunset photos, but here are a few sunrise photos that were handy on the computer. The red was taken on the last morning of the hunt, he was a couple minutes too late leaving the water.....
