Title: tree stand suprise
Post by: Broken Arrow on September 16, 2013, 01:21:38 PM
Not what you expect to see come in to your elk spot. Some of you will recognize this wolf. We shared the video and coordinates with the local biologist. He conformed this to be the the collared black wolf that was captured from Tacoma Creek approximately 1 month ago. He is being GPS tracked. Has an olive green collar and 2 orange ear tags but you cant see those from the video. Had some real nice trail cam pics of a bruiser 6x6 bull watering in the same spot prior to this incident. Never saw him afterwards. The video is from one of my hunting partners in our group 2 weeks ago.

i think I unlocked it. It now says public. The file was to large to download another way and this was my first time with YouTube as I wanted to share it. Someone let me know if it is still blocked.

Thanks

Nice footage. To bad there weren't more with it so they could be declared a breeding pair or a pack.

I'm not asking for details on your hunting location but can I ask how far you were, from the area this wolf was captured at (Tacoma Creek) and do you happen to know where the wolf was released, after capture?  Would be interested to know how far they moved it, before releasing it and how far it's traveled, since...
