Probably could and also on ahtanum ridge as well. When I was stil an L.E.O. we'd catch nontribal and tribal alike in both those areas partying all the time. Last time I went over the ridge I chased down nontribals dumping a truckload of garbage, I didn't go far cuz of speeds but got a partial plateand reported it.yeah I don't understand why everybody seems to think that's the place to dumb their crap

There should be some nice spikes up there. I never understood the thinking about big bulls. Most of the meat is ground up into hamburger. Antlers are thrown into the trash. At least that is what I have done with bulls I shot.
