Not surprised with the cooler weather and the moon phase heading to full.  Just in time for the modern firearm rut tags.

Aren't the modern firearm tags way later in late Oct?

There is one rut hunt per unit in late sept after the archery season and before muzzy.

yup going tonight they are going nuts, I dont have a problem with gas money the government gives me never ending supply of free assistance for gas money and commodity food for lunch,  With my casino money I buy only the best semi auto black guns to be sure not one elk gets away. I get drunk every night on $2.89 40oz and get up and do it all over again daily.

Probably could and also on ahtanum ridge as well.  When I was stil an L.E.O. we'd catch nontribal and tribal alike in both those areas partying all the time.  Last time I went over the ridge I chased down nontribals dumping a truckload of garbage, I didn't go far cuz of speeds but got a partial plateand reported it.
