Hunting-Washington.com Site Spronsors and Affiliates Information

Hunting-Washington.com prefers sponsors who are local to Washington State and which have a service or product which would be of interest to our forum members and that is outdoors or hunting related.

Question: What is a Site Sponsor?
Answer: Site Sponsors can be casual forum members which donate money towards keeping our forum online. They can also be businesses which have been approved to advertise or sell products in our forums and made donations as well.

Question: What is an affiliate? 
Answer: Affiliates are businesses which may recieve advertising space via http://performics.com at our website administrator's discretion. Affiliates only generate revenue when a user from our website clicks on their advertisement and makes a purchase. This is in turn used to pay for web hosting costs. We prefer Site Sponsors over affiliates. If you are interested in becoming an affiliate you should consider signing up at http://performics.com first and then contacting us for negotiations.

Notice - All businesses or individuals who wish to become officially approved and recognized to advertise to sell products or their services which are not for casual exchange on our forums will require approval from our website administrators and monetary donations which are detailed below.
** Prior to making any donations for site sponsorships as a business owner; please make sure your business is approved by our website administrator.

Site Sponsor/Advertising Options

Currently we have 2 options, with room for negotiations listed below which are for a one year term. Any advertising/site sponsor agreement can be terminated if there is abusive behavior or anything which compromises the integrity of our web community's purposes or health and it's owners credibility. Generally that means if everyone is honest then there shouldn't be any problems.

Option 1
* An image ad with link on our front page or at the bottom of our forum. The recommended image size is 468x60 pixels or smaller but negotiable.
* If you choose option 1 you also get all the benefits of option 2. 
* The cost is $100 for one year for this option and is on a space available basis. 
* Notice: We only allow a limited number of visual advertisements inside of our forum space. This is intended to reduce visual clutter and keep forum performance at an acceptable level. 

Option 2
* Unlimited posting of ads in our Sponsors Board. This board space is reserved for our sponsors. 
* This covers putting links and ads or other such items on a user's profile (such as a signature) within the forum. 
* This option is $25 a year.

Remaining Notes
* All funds received from affiliates or sponsors go towards our monthly web hosting fees which are currently $99 a month on a dedicated server. 
* We also have server space if you are looking for a place to host your web pages (contact us for details).
