Title: Duck Opener Western WA
Post by: HuntinCrazy on August 20, 2007, 09:04:15 AM
I haven't quite figured out just where I will be on the opener.    :dunno:     Most years I start out in Johnson's Marsh, Ft. Lewis. We have had awesome shoots there in the past few years. Mallards, Teal, Widgeon. I just want to try some place new on the West side for a change. The DELTA is a big NO WAY!!! I hunt down there in the later part of the season. Enough skybusters there for me then let alone on opening day  :bash:

Where do many of you start your seasons?

Usually private lands back home in Eastern Wa. I hate having to deal with crowds and skybusters. I am not really sure how much I will actually be hunting over here.....probably not alot

We start by jump shooting ponds and streams. Then by the time it is cold most of them
warm blood people quit coming out................
