Any body shooting 150 grain in a 270 wsm? Pos/Cons with factory ammo. Or do you prefer 130/140 grain.

140gr Accubonds shoot excellent in my Browning
-
All I shot in mine were 140 accubonds. First rounds I tried and didn't need to look further.
-
140g accubond hand loads in ours :IBCOOL:
-
140gr accubonds and 70grs of magpro.
-
You need to try reloader 17  It was made for the short mags :twocents:

There ya go ... 140 gr seems to be one of the best bullets made for a .270 ...I prefer Hornaday but from what I am gathering from the men on the site I may want to load some of those Accu Bonds ... I had an early start this morning ...just pressed out some bullets for the wife in a 7mm-08 ...pretty funny to wake up and 4am and smell the smell of a freshly opened can of powder :dunno: :chuckle: definitely getting the itch

My xbolt eats up the accubonds. It also shoots lights out with 150 grain partitions. 429 yard one shot whitetail in Montana last year with partitions. :IBCOOL:

Federal loads or handloads? I have an A-bolt and was really hoping to be able to go back to factory loads when I got it. They didn't work for me.
That was factory ammo. Shoots fine. At my buddies 600 meter range the 12" gong was hit 100% of the time. Burris ballistic plex scope.
Federal premium ammo.
