A word of encouragement for 2014 Blues Quality Bull Applicants:

It's not too early to start your training regimen if you're seriously thinking about hunting the Blues!

Just sayin'.

Cheers!

For me the best part of the hunt was getting in shape, running 5 K's to get in shape was fun. Good luck to all I hope I draw again.

I rode 1500 miles on my bike just expecting the draw. I didn't draw, but the cycling really paid off in the steep stuff.

:chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:Are you kidding me !I dirt bike snow ski and water ski all off season from hunting, and at 55 years old still have never actually trained for mister majestic. Its all about being smart not strong and as you age you will notice just how true this is !It took me 50 years and some idiot with a rifle at 430 am to prove it to me.Just be smarter and hunt with a bow.Its much safer and the darn critters come to you if your good enough.By that time you will be smarter and a lot safer, like dada allways says smarter with age,(Iseem to be appreciating his words more every season, loved that guy! ) :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
