Broke my foot last night and I am facing a possible surgery. Missed all of last years waterfowling due to a 8 month deployment, and now this :bash: :bash: :bash: I will still be able to hunt out of a boat but cant lift my boat it in and out of my truck now with the foot, and my favorite spots to hunt are a hike in so that's gone as well. Sorry to rant, but I am really bummed about my foot.

Seriously that sucks, Hopefully you have a cool story about repelling down a shear cliff face into a lake of fire, or being thrown from a horse while chasing down a bank robber. That would be way cooler than of something Boring like kicking a piece of furniture.

Yeah I wish there was a cool action story, but the truth is, it happened playing hide and seek with my 3 year old and I ran ino the corner of my book case. My son learned 4 new cuss words :yike:

I might be able to strap your crippled butt to my Game cart and drag you out into the field. Only problem is your pretty much going to be worthless as a retriever now. All well........ Is was nice while it lasted.

Rats!! That is to bad Seth...with a little creativity, you will get some hunting in. I am thinking a field may be a good option to keep a foot cast dry?

Just given you a hard time in regards to your bad timing. I hope you threw the book case out the front door and taught it a lesson.

Heck is that all. Geez that will fit in a wader. Put a couple garbage bags around it and get out there.

Just got done over at medical :tup: Good news is I wont need surgery :IBCOOL: However the blue shoe will stay on my foor for the next three weeks.

No I wish, but I can get into a boat. Went out last weekend in my jon boat with a friend and got 3 buffle heads :tup: Sucked for my friend since he had to load and unload the boat by himself.

Good news Seth! Let the other guy load and unload the boat. You can always pay them back when you get better. Be safe my friend.

Just get one of those inflatable moon boots and air itup to the max and you won't feel a thing. I had a broken leg amd got one of those amd it felt like I was walking on a peg like. Pirate status! :chuckle: that was after it was recommended to start walking though, heal up amd get afyer it.

i did a jump shoot on friday and im still paying for it. Worst part is im trying it again tomorrow :yike: my doc is going to kill me. :chuckle:
