Just fixed up my winter cabin out passed sprague. Got waterfowl, upland birds, and of course coyotes that im wanting to hit hard. I have about 5,000 acres where my cabin is. Looking for a good shooter since I mostly call yotes, and some one with a good bird dog to come out and have a good time!

Not sure how so many missed this amazing offer but.....WOW! That is a way to make lots of friends real quick. Donaye what a great deal I hope you had the chance to get out with of a few of the great folks on this site and enjoy that cabin. I will show this to my 11 yr old son and let him know we were in until you said you needed a shooter for coyotes. He thought it was real easy to shoot coyotes until he was holding the gun....Boy 0...... coyotes 3 :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:. Lucky for him he will get a few more chances this year.

I agree with you, DoubleLunger. I often feel sorry for the younger folks who come on here, and ask for advice or seeking hunting partners; they are usually met with disdain (or, unsolicited advice).
On another note, I remember when the state poisoned Sprague Lake to remove invasive species, and found a monster sturgeon there (Loch Sprague Monster). There's deer & elk (and now probably moose) in them thar parts. What a place to hunt, if you can get access. Best of luck to you all.
