Where do you go to purchase a permit?
-
Which Hancock area do you want access to? There are three (or four?) separate permits.
*Edited to add: I think you have to buy them all from the website, now.

http://hancockrecreationnw.com/ (http://hancockrecreationnw.com/) If you looking for a vehicle access pass the only thing available for this year is White River and Snoqualmie. I haven't looked at walk in permits available. Availabilty for next year I see is just Snoqualmie. Looks like Eatonville and Kapowsin already went on sale for 2014 and sold out. :yike: Good luck.

I see you're down in Glenwood. If it's the Hancock land in Klickitat County you want to access, i believe it is open, with no permit required.

We must have been hitting enter all at the sametime. :chuckle:

Presales were done already for current permit holders. General sales for Eatonville start in about 7 minutes (8:00)

I just noticed that. My mistake. Thought it was already done but yes Eatonville starts today and Kapowsin the 21st.

That's weird. So I guess Hancock is managing it for the Muckleshoots?

Sounds like it. I'm gonna buy one again years of scouting it and finally figuring out the areas I gotta give it a go again. I figured no more white man on the land but :dunno: looks like the mucks are being nicer than most thought.

For Whiteriver walk in permits are unlimited and you can purchase day passes still for $8.00.
I might have to go check out a few spots I was in last year.
