Title: Snow south of rimrock
Post by: yakimarcher on November 21, 2013, 11:43:54 AM
I was up on rd 1204 this weekend and got into some snow on pinegrass ridge, found out the hard way my 4 wheel drive is not working. Does anyone know if there is any more snow or if it all melted? It was pretty warm here in Yakima on monday and tuesday and we haven't had any precipitation, the weather report for white pass shows daytime highs in the 40's and sunny weather for the next few days. So i have drawn the conclusion that I shouldn't expect any new snow for the late elk opener next wednesday, any speculation?

Thanks for the info, I've got chains and a come along, and I expect there will be a truck or two around to pull me out if i get stuck.
